Why inbetween citizen? I’m a Canadian living in America applying for US citizenship. Some days are more inbetween than others.
I think I have the subtle cultural differences sorted out, but they turn out to be far less interesting than the questions about what it means to be a citizen in Canada or America. I’m trying to understand what it means to be a digital citizen, and that quest led me to the Community Workshop Series.
